"There was little info given at check - in, they did nt tell us about the breakfast room/ dining room….no idea if they did room service! Got to the room and no info there either. Not good! Housekeeping was not good….we had to ask for water on first 2 days, had to ask for bath towels on day 2 and waste baskets were nt emptied on 3 days we were there! Room was very comfortable, nice bed and pillows, but poor double glazing meant the room was quite noisy whenever police or fire trucks were passing...
