Staff was excellent and very kind. Excellent location to MSG port authority and Times Square. Rooms are very very small. Expedia states on site that VIP is entitled to 2 free cocktails. This hotel does not offer that and has juices and cookies instead. Not an equal trade off monetarily. Stuffed animal on the bed was extremely unclean.

Staypineapple in Midtown was a perfect place to stay for my Hyrox race this past weekend. The room was very spacious and the bed was super comfy. The staff were all incredible. I actually had an issue with my hot water and they had a plumber fix it within the hour. I would most definitely stay here again.

Very friendly staff, that they were extremely accommodating after a dog was barking on our floor for five hours straight. The owner refused to come back to the hotel to care for the dog. The staff gave us an upgraded larger room on the 14th floor, although we lost our view, we gained 100 square feet in room size and they also refunded our amenities fee.
