"This is my second stay at this hotel. We had a pleasant experience about six years ago, but this time the hotel seemed very run down. The towels and linens were extremely thin and did not look clean, and the room did not appear to have been properly cleaned before our arrival. Breakfast was awful. Unfortunately, everything that made our previous stay enjoyable was missing this time, except for the location."

"Very convenient to the Falls. Many places to eat, pick up necessary items nearby--all with free parking. Adequate breakfast but no variety in 3 days of breakfast. We had two queen beds, enough for 4 people but only space for 3 towel sets and no place to hang them after using. Beds were comfortable."
