"It was a spacious room for NYC, but the bathroom was small. The shower had a head and a hose, and the mechanism that connected the two was broken so I couldn’t turn off the hose part. But at least the water stayed hot the entire time. I was traveling alone, and I usually called my own cars or took the subway. The bag check process was super easy and convenient, and the location of this hotel was absolutely perfect!! So close to everything"

"Perfect central location, just enough room space and room amenities. Love the breakfast and food options around the area, and most of all the proximity to transportation including the bus terminal."

"Hotel was good. But for $1000 a night at a hotel in NYC mid September and having no hand soap in the bathroom is what threw me off. I’ve stayed at other hotels in NYC that was a fraction of this price and had these basic things. But overall, hotel service, location, staff, cleanliness was good. 4/5 hotel"
