" We were three women friends on our first visit to Marrakech. Choosing Al Ksar was the best decision we made. Not only is the property beautiful, but the management and staff are simply outstanding. Everyone from the skilled spa therapists to the housekeeping staff went out of their way to make us comfortable. The managers [owners?] Olivier and Damien couldn't do enough for us--preparing special meals, booking excursions, following up later to make sure everything was satisfactory. Their warmth and attention to detail made us feel truly at home. Now that we're back, we can only dream of those breakfasts and dinners on the rooftop terrace, punctuated by birdsong and the haunting calls to prayer. "

"My fith time here - love it - great city break. This time we came for a friend’s special birthday, all three friends that had never been, loved it too! The staff are so helpfu/lovely, food good (& im a fussy eater), love the aqua and lots of things you ‘can’ do if you like. Heated pool for the cooler months is wonddrful. There’s a shuttle bus to/back from the medina but cabs to the center are reasonable (with a bit of haggling :-)). Can’t wait to go back! "
