Manager Mr. Said made sure every detail was perfect, always checking in with a warm smile and genuine care. Special thanks to Zin Eddine at the front desk—so professional, kind, and helpful with everything from check-in to arranging taxis and giving me local tips. The food at the restaurant was a highlight—delicious Moroccan dishes full of flavor and beautifully presented. The chef clearly takes great pride in every plate, and the restaurant staff were so friendly and attentive. And I must mention the spa—an oasis of peace and relaxation. The hammam experience was heavenly, and the massage left me feeling completely renewed. Thank you to the whole team for making my stay so special. Highly recommended!"

"Our stay at La Mamounia was exceptional, the architecture was so beautiful. The staff are very friendly and helpful. It was walking distance to Jemaa el-Fnaa and the souks. Our room was beautiful, very clean and comfortable, the food was amazing as was the hammam and pool. Only negative was the view from the Hivernage suite, there isn’t one, only the hotel roof. But will definitely return."

"Having one person playing music during breakfast and the show at the rooftop and during dinner at Nobu, it really makes the difference. At the restaurant the chef came to say hello, the food was excellent and everyone in the hotel was extremely friendly (house keeping-concierge-restaurant etc) congratulations to the GM"
