A peaceful hotel for a relaxed holiday. The room was spacious and very well cleaned every day. The food was fresh, varied, and delicious, both at the buffet and in the à la carte restaurants. The staff are incredibly friendly throughout the hotel. The free shuttle to the city center is a great bonus.

We really enjoyed our time at Riu Tikida Palmeraie. The hotel was beautiful with large rooms. The hotel was kept spotless as there was constantly cleaning, and the security made it a safe environment. The staff were very friendly. The food was tasty with lots of options. It was well worth what we paid. We will return.

The rooms were very clean, but mine didn’t include an iron, and the beds were pretty hard. The food and drinks were just okay. If you’re younger, don’t expect much to do — maybe it was just the time of year I visited, but the vibe felt very geriatric. The staff, though, were excellent and definitely a highlight.

Spacious rooms, staff are amazing, distance to airport and souls etc is good. Outdoor Pools aren’t heated only indoor one. In general is a good place to stay if what you are looking for is a more classic old Moroccan style vibe, the hotel does it really well, but I believe some furniture renewals and keep the heating available will be a positive experience for the guests, since sometimes the nights can be cold and having the newer furniture will really change the experience of staying in RIU Tikida

I've always been interested in staying at one the RIU Hotels. This place is beautiful and huge. Definitely where you take the entire family. The staff and entertainment at the pool area was top tier! The food was all inclusive, which means breakfast was good, but brunch was delicious. This place is HUGE so please add walking time to get to the front lobby of the hotel (if you have to meet your bus for any excisions)

God experience

Everything was good at the hotel, the food the pool, the restaurants and the staff was so nice and helpful. The only thing was there was a spider and cockroach in my bed because I choose one day not to have cleaning

We really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Riu Tikida Palmeraie specially the staff at the restaurant they very nice and welcome. The hotel have indoor and outdoor swimming pool for kids we went beginning of April and the temperature bit cold to swimming outdoor having indoor swimming pool very good options for us.

This is a wonderful resort. The staff are friendly and efficient. Food is excellent and there is something for everyone to eat. Entertainment staff are fun and activities are well attended. Our room was clean and spacious. Bedding was clean and linens were soft and comfortable. Pillows are quite thick, so if you like a really thin pillow this might be something to see if you can request. Areas around the resort are well maintained and it was nice to be at a resort where the pool towels were plush. It was also easy to book and take the shuttle into Marrakesh’s Medina. We felt safe at this resort and would happily visit again.
