The staff was amazing ,they advised us to go to Nouba restaurant which was marvelous ( highly recommended) Friendly staff in the bar , also reception. Swimming pool is good. Don’t spend too much time in Casablanca ( two days not more ) More activities can be found in Marrakesh. We are from Norway , USA and Iraq. Black cat used to be with us in the bar her name is Mimi, I wanted to invite her for a meal, I have been told she has been living in the hotel for 5 years and she likes to eat Italian food. Nic e hotel, we enjoyed our stay.

Everything was great! Pools were nice, only thing is food is super repetitive and even if you paid for your buffet you’re not allowed to fill up your water bottle while it’s 40+ degrees out and I thought that was a bit bizarre. It’s just water.

The pool was great - we spent most of our time there. Room was comfortable and staff were helpful. The breakfast always seemed a bit crowded - they could do wi the rethinking it a bit and while it was a buffet i felt it was a bit on the cheap side.

Very nice hotel rooms are clean and very comfortable the staff helpful and nice the breakfast buffet was amazing anything that you can think of. The hotel is really well located no need to get a car. I really recommend it.

Great stay! Free upgrade to a suite! Plenty of choice at breakfast. Huge pools. Area is very walkable into the Medina there are taxis out the front waiting of you do need one. I would stay here again!

The property is beautifully kept, and the three swimming pools and restaurants give a classy appearance. The guest services people at the reception need customer care training. While Moroccans are generally welcoming people, the front desk guys do not reflect that. The manager, a tall lady, was professional and keen on helping guests. Servers at the restaurant were great. Sallah stands out!

As a cyclist kenzi rose garden was ideally located to access all the routes going south. The restaurants and buffet were excellent that there really was no need to eat outside. Hotel needs to do something about people who lack discipline at a buffet. I get upset seeing people piling their plates, taking a nibble at one thing, and discarding the rest.

Initially had a misunderstanding at the front desk, but it got reconciled, and everyone was very professional and friendly. Majority of the time the staff in all areas from the restaurant to the pool are very polite and attentive trying to make our stay as comfortable and welcoming as possible. We found the room to be impeccable. Just be aware there are no washcloths. The shower is very nice.
