"TL;DR: This riad is as advertised. It’s super colorful, and has a friendly and accomodating staff. The views are great and there’s plenty of spots for pictures. Most of the complaints are exaggerated. There are 2 sides to the riad, the main side with reception and the rooftop, and the pool side that has the well-known courtyard they advertise. "This Riad is in a relatively quiet part of the Kasbah, a short walk from the main square. It’s very pretty with a great roof terrace with small pool. The staff are incredibly helpful and responsive, making mint tea for my son on (frequent) request & helping us navigate our way around the City. Can recommend without reservation. "

Our only issue, having never stayed in a Riad before,vwas that in common with most, the eating area is outdoor s, the temperature was cold in first week December and a bit wet, no heating in room either, fortunately they lent us a small fan heater, otherwise it would have been unpleasant. Room was clean and you don’t feel trapped as you can use communal areas including the roof evening time. Staff were excellent and warm. The riad has been meticulously put together and is a joy to walk around — each time you enter the common areas or the bedrooms you notice new details or pieces of history or artefacts.
