"The property is beautiful and is definite a must for the real experience, food was excellent. The staff was so so helpful. I can’t stress this enough. Just an FYI , uber is illegal in some Morocco areas. I didn’t know this and it made it very hard to get to my Riad with my luggages as most Riads are located in the same area. I suggest making arrangements for pick up with the hotel."

"Sehr freundliches Personal. Immer hilfsbereit. Vielen Dank an Abdellah, der immer geholfen hat."

"Our family of four with two teenage boys loved our stay. The staff was kind and outstanding. I would highly recommend you use their airport transfer. They helped us through the streets of the Medina. The property was clean and comfortable. The manager and the whole team were devoted to our happiness and comfort. Most importantly, almost everyone interacted with had a friendly smile. I felt like I was staying at a good friends home. The breakfast was delicious and filling. The location was close...

"Amazing staff, beautiful hotel, great service and location. Definitely recommend!"

"Beautiful, quiet, and peaceful Riad tucked away in a quiet corner just 10 minutes walk from the heart of Marrakesh. The staff is warm and friendly, Sufyan was so kind and made me feel welcome and at home. Delicious breakfast on the rooftop terrace every morning. Very comfortable beds, and quiet rooms - I slept so well! Hamam wasn’t operating while I was there. Great location in the Medina, walkable to everything. Would stay here again."

"O Riad Maison Arabo-Andalous, além de muito bem localizado, é um lugar maravilhoso. Daqueles que dá pena ter que partir. Com arquitetura típica com pátio interno e balcões, decoração charmosa e quarto amplo e confortável, café da manhã delicioso e o serviço atencioso de Hassan e sua equipe, sempre muito prestativos e com um sorriso no rosto, eu não poderia ter tido uma estadia melhor."

"Great staff and great location!!! Quiet but close to the action. Excellent breakfast buffet. Very easy to book tours in and around Marrakech"

"The Riad is very pretty. Both the public areas and the room, although the room was a little dark. Of the staff, SOUKI was excellent. She was extremely helpful and explained everything we needed to know and even helped us negotiate the price of our laundry service so it wouldn’t be too expensive. The restaurant was just ok and we wish the Riad was a little closer to the market and other attractions of Merakesh."

"I like Every thinking about this place staff are very nice clean room comfortable very easy to walk to Jamaa fana very easy to find parking definitely I will go back again"

"Great accommodation staff very helpful"

"Really good stay at Riad Alegria. The room was spacious, comfortable and clean, with a well-kept bathroom. Sitting on the roof top terrace and enjoying the sun was a bonus. Breakfast was excellent, with a good selection of fresh fruit, jams, pancakes, local breads and freshly squeezed juice. Plenty to set you up for the day without leaving you feeling too full or stodgy. The team were very friendly and attentive, and always on hand if you needed any help, advice or recommendations. The...

"Right in the Kasbah on a very quiet alley, right next to the textile museum. Walking distance to Jemaa El Fna. Beautiful decor. Very friendly service. Spacious room with Moroccan ornaments. Very good breakfast. "

"Un endroit magnifique et très apaisant"

"Great customer service who went out of their way to assist and also provide information maps about the area. Nice quite space away from motorbike streets but only a couple of minutes to get to maon street. Highly recommend. Breakfast continential only but fresh and beautifully served to room if you preferred."

"I had a great stay at Médina Charme Riad and Spa and would recommend it. The staff was excellent and they very helpful and welcoming throughout my stay, especially Youssef. Breakfast is served daily and includes traditional Moroccan food, fruit, and tea. They helped coordinate several experiences for me, including a cooking class with the riad’s chef, a guided tour of Marrakech, and a private day trip to Essaouira. Everything was well organized, and I felt comfortable with all the guides and...

"Difficile de choisir ce que nous avons préféré, le séjour en entier était parfait en tout point. Nos repas au restaurant La Sultana auront été de loin nos favoris."
