"We had a wonderful stay. Loved the pool area, with pool chairs and afternoon snacks. Staff were all friendly and helpful. Bedroom was very comfortable with good AC. Only downside was the walk to the Souk along a narrow dirty and busy road with lots of blind turns where you had to be quite careful to avoid the cars and bikes. "

"I had a really great experience staying at this 555 Hotel From the point of entering this 555 Hotel to the when i left, everything was 10 out 10 excellent. The staff were all very friendly and welcoming, loved the room that i stayed in - could bearly hear any sound from the night club which was ideal as get good night sleep after busy day ( room 209). Buffett breakfast was amazing with a great selection to choose and staff in the breakfast restaurant were super nice. Overall the atmosphere is very calm in the hotel and i felt very safe. I highly recommend this hotel even if you dont do clubbing as it accomodates for all. There is a big shopping mall about about 5 minutes walk around the back of the hotel. the mall has many designer shops and good food outlets "

"My fith time here - love it - great city break. This time we came for a friend’s special birthday, all three friends that had never been, loved it too! The staff are so helpfu/lovely, food good (& im a fussy eater), love the aqua and lots of things you ‘can’ do if you like. Heated pool for the cooler months is wonddrful. There’s a shuttle bus to/back from the medina but cabs to the center are reasonable (with a bit of haggling :-)). Can’t wait to go back! "

"Absolutely loved the location of this property; within the city walls, yet (just about) away from the chaos of the centre! Friendly welcome, beautiful building, fabulous gardens and gorgeous rooms (we had 113). It's maybe 15 minutes from the main part of town, but oh so worth the steps when you retreat to what is an oasis. Six out five stars! "

"Stayed here with family. Booked a suite. THE GOOD 1. The room was absolutely massive. Haven’t stayed in a bigger room. There were two bathrooms in the room and a very generous size balcony 2. The staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to help out 3. Very near to a mall with a big carrefour and other food outlets like kfc and Burger King 4. No issues finding a taxi near the property. 5. The property was decorated to a very high standard. 6. Convenient and only 5 minutes drive to the big square It does need a few minor improvements 1. Would be nice to have a lift. Even though the property is built like a riad but it is not an old property but a new build and having a lift would be nice especially for people with kids and mobility issues 2. The internet was slightly suspect and you had to move around the room to get a good WiFi signal 3. The breakfast was okay ish. Nothing out of the ordinary but the staff were very curteous and would always refill when asked"

"Excellent hotel. Brilliant for families. Check in was a little slow and the air con in the room was weak. Overall though the facilities are spot on with lots for kids to do. Loved the different pools and slides. Room was spacious and very clean. Would recommend highly if travelling with young children."
