"The staff was over the top and amazing. My flight was overnight and I missed my stay for the night but the lady at the front desk extended my checkout until the afternoon so I could at least take a night. Amazing property and in such a beautiful neighborhood as well. Would definitely come back!"

The Mandeville Hotel

10/10 Excellent
"All hotel staff were wonderful, friendly and very helpful. Rooms were clean and well maintained and the restaurant/bar facilities lovely. Only slight issue I have is that the usual card swipe of £50 to cover incidentals has actually been taken as a payment, although no additional costs were incurred. I hope this is to be reimbursed soon"

"The rooms are basic, just sleeping, no tv. Was clean. The staff was very awesome and friendly, willing to help with anything, got there early and the room wasn’t ready. They let us leave our luggage there while we explored the neighborhood until the room was ready. Once the room was ready they let us check in even thought it was before check in time. I would go back to this hotel."
