The Langham is a stunning hotel and all the staff are incredibly kind and accommodating. Wonderful beds and incredibly quiet rooms, which I really appreciated. The pool is gorgeous and a great way to unwind after a day of sightseeing. My only quibble was the breakfast, which I found very overpriced.

Wonderful stay at The Langham this weekend. The staff are fantastic especially Rodrigo on reception who just makes you feel so welcome!! A credit to the hotel. Room was nice and bed super comfortable and room and bathroom cleaned spotlessly daily. Overall everything you’d expect of one of the top hotels in London. Highly recommended for a central London stay.

Overall, the Langham is a wonderful hotel with very attentive staff. The only thing I encountered during my day was that several of the common areas in the hotel, including the Palm Court and the Wigmore Pub hosted private parties and were therefore closed to hotel guests. This was inconvenient; hotel guests were not even allowed to walk through those spaces to get to other parts of the hotel! Considering the price paid for a room I expected to to be able to use all of the hotel’s facilities during my stay.
