"Amazing service. Great location. Clean quiet rooms."

"Wonderful hotel. Staff is exceptional! Very nice room with a beautiful bathroom. Defines will stay here again."

"Beautiful hotel, fabulous location and lovely staff. We really enjoyed our stay!"

"Beautiful new hotel in the perfect London Mayfair location still close to Trafalgar, Soho. No nice grand entry, breakfast restaurant so so, rooftop bar neat. Biggest downside is so many rooms that just look out into another room very close by so we tended to just leave drapes shut for privacy which just feels wrong for a $2000 room"

"Personal sehr aufmerksam und hilfsbereit, war sauber, unglaublich viel Auswahl an Snacks und Getränken, für einen Kurztrip alleine sehr empfehlenswert"

"Brilliant weekend away. The staff, especially Sayli and Chai were so welcoming and kind. Brilliant location. A cosy, romantic stay close to Hyde Park, Mayfair and Oxford Street but in a quiet street."

"The staff in this hotel are excellent, starting from the front door. Room is very comfortable but you might ask to avoid the ground-floor handicapped accessible room if you have paid for a Deluxe room because the bathroom is less than ideal (as it must be in an accessible room). Also funny looking white stains on the wall beside sink/mirror. I wish we could open the windows for the natural air and listen to hustle & bastle of the street life. Instead, there is one set of new windows installed before the original ones - feeling barricaded through and through. Only air con available to regulate temp. Room for 2 with king size...

"Zimmer war sauber, Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Frühstück war möglich, bei Bedarf. Die Lage ist sehr zentral, alles war fußläufig erreichbar, super Anbindung zum BV Flughafen mit der Elisabeth Line."
