Amazing location, and every little detail was thought of. Quality of room was very good, and the turn down service was the best we’ve had everywhere, very thoughtful with everything in the right place for when we returned later that evening. Staff were very friendly and welcoming.
The hotel is just gorgeous. Very much a "more is more" approach to deco, but in a lovely way. The room was very comfortable and house keeping was a standout. The hotel is located in a lively neighbourhood with tons of restaurant/cafe options. It's also close to great shopping areas such as Carnaby Street and Regent Street. If you're into theatre/musical, most theatres are within walking distance. We would stay at Broadwick Soho again without hesitation.
Impeccable service, delicious restaurant, gorgeous decor and the most comfortable bed I have ever slept on. Staying at the Broadwick elevated my trip to London and I can't wait to return.
The hotel has such an eclectic vibe — every detail feels unique and thoughtfully designed. The interior decor is gorgeous, with a perfect mix of modern touches and creative style. Everywhere you look, there’s something cool to notice.
The staff were super friendly and attentive, always ready to help and just genuinely nice people, which made the whole experience even better.
The amenities are a solid 10/10 — everything felt high-end and well taken care of, which made the stay extra comfortable.

Kevin the concierge was spectacular. I spent my birthday here in 2025 and it was beyond incredible. The staff made my friends and I feel like family. Accomodations were stunning and I left feeling refreshed and renewed.
