"At the arrival we couldn’t find any parking spot at the Hotel. So we had to drive around and wait until someone left and we were able to park the car to start the check in process. Staff is friendly! The room wasn’t spotless clean but it was ok for 2 nights however the beds were very small ( twin size) . All in all we enjoyed staying at Berkeley hotel in Richmond VA. Hope we’ll have the chance to come back again! "

"This was one of the best hotels we have ever stayed in. The staff was fantastic, especially Dee in the complimentary kitchen area. The location could not have been better. The rooms were spotless and the housekeepers were personable and very helpful. It might not have been the ritziest but personalities and cleanliness more than made the difference. "If I stated everything I loved about the property I’d be here forever, only negatives I have are the toilet in my room was leaking when I got there, which was fixed asap but then it would continuously try to fill the tank with water and I’d have to manually drop the lid after each use. 2 I never got a WiFi password and the cable signal was poor, with and without the storm. Minor inconveniences, excellent service of I go anywhere else with a graduate in town I will be staying there "

"Home was just what we needed for our family’s stay for a wedding. Stylish and comfortable beds and furniture. Even though we didn’t cook, kitchen was well appointed. Front porch was nice for coffee in the morning, shady and quiet. Convenient to both restaurants and our wedding venues we could have pick a better location."
