"This location staff is great. Room was clean, beds were clean. I came down for breakfast at like 9:30, Everything seems like it sat for a while, not fresh, and the building is outdated rooms are small. "

"I would advise you to sleep in your vehicle. This was one of the worst. I don’t think I will ever stay at a Red Roof again. Paint pealing in the bathroom. Walked in and the room smelled old and musty. Top comforter had a stain on it pulled back sheets something was on sheets we decided to do the other bed. Went next door where housekeeping was cleaning showed it to her she just kept saying i am sorry. There was a language barrier then when I looked down at the door a huge water bug (roach) was on the floor on its back . Had a family member on the first floor a water bug just walked under the door wile he sitting at the table eating. He called front desk and the arrogant guy just said” anything else” I wouldn’t want my dog to stay there if I had a dog! This is not a corporate hotel everything is deceiving online! They have older people doing the housekeeping that can’t speak English. I guess it’s okay to pay for rooms that look like that in their country . I was highly disappointed and will never do it again. Front desk is very rude and have no customer service skills."

"Loved it. Great atmosphere, everyone that works there are very down to earth and friendly. Room was great, very clean and comfortable, and extremely quiet and relaxing. I’ll definitely be back and recommend this place to anyone looking for a nice place that they would love. I guarantee you wont regret staying here. 5 stars "

"The free breakfast was delicious, I appreciate the staff person that made sure the breakfast items were sufficient. Our room and bathroom was nice and clean. The reception lady was so nice and smiley. I definitely recommend."

"The room was really big, so clean and well appointed. The breakfast was amazing and the staff couldn’t have been friendlier or more attentive. This was a very nice stay."

"Minus the faint urine smell in our bathroom and itchy bedsheets, our stay was pleasant. Expedia dropped the ball on our booking but the nice gentleman at the desk matched what we paid for our booking as a walk-in. The continental breakfast was good 👍 "

"The room was clean BUT....the beds were horrible! The bed frame was a full size but the mattress was a queen size so when you sat on the edge you slid off!! Very uncomfortable. At breakfast i went down for coffee. There were no coffee cups and when i asked for one i was told they were out of them! I was told to use a juice cup which is about a 3 oz cup! A couple tables were unclean and the atmosphere was uninviting. No curtains or shades to cover the dirty windows. Will not stay there when i go to the Richmond area again."
