"Was a good room with a good amount of space for 4 people. I would go there again if I am in the Shinjuku area."

"Location not ideal"

"We liked the proximity to the train station and in walking distance to central Shinjuku and Koreatown. It's in a residential neighborhood very close to the trains. The noise wasn't bad, but sometimes noise from residents on the streets below could be a bother. The lack of a front desk and person was strange but we got used to it, and the staff were responsive. Our space was good for a family of four but there wasn't much room for luggage and the spaces were small for anyone with a bigger frame....

"Great location. Lovely terrace, where one can enjoy a free coffee, tea, or hot chocolate. We had a washer/dryer machine available in our room, which was very convenient."

"Nice hotel, but a bit old. Lobby and hallways are renovated, but rooms are dated. The bathroom especially looks and feels like a cruise bathroom. Amenities are decent. Best thing about this hotel is the 7-Eleven in the basement, operating 24/7 I think. Location is close to subway station and across from government building if you want to go to the observation deck."

"This hotel is conveniently located close to the Shinjuku train station. Staff was very helpful and the breakfast was delicious. They had convenient laundry rooms and a water station by the elevator. I would definitely stay there again!!"

"Property was nice and the staff was friendly and helpful"

"The rooms were nice and very clean and well maintained. However, the staff was less than helpful. I found the concierges not to be knowledgeable and even had quite a bit of trouble speaking English in such an International Hotel. We often had to find our own recommendations for restaurants and even book them because they seem to be either unwilling or unable to meet our needs. At one point, I was waiting for my partner to return from a brief walk outside while we were waiting for a shuttle and I...

"Clean room helpful staff Disney shuttle. Restaurant good pizza and wine."

"Washer dryer right in the room, well laid out and lots of room."

"I enjoyed my stay at this hotel; The staff was very respectful and helpful. I would recommend this hotel to anyone travelling to Tokyo solo."

"Right outside of a train station exit which is really convenient after long days around the city. Also has a 711 and Lawson right outside too. Plenty of other restaurants and bars to walk to. Laundry service was good and you don't need your own detergent since the machine automatically adds it."

"Great place to relax and explore Tokyo. Low key neighbour close to famous areas of the city."

"This place was so affordable for what you got. I loved how it was in a quiet area but still close to all the action. They had a crib for my daughter and the staff was super helpful. I would absolutely recommend to others."

"Protest was nice. Lobby was well stocked with snacks and drinks. Room was clean and bathroom facilities were nice."
