"Great place to stay in Shinjuku, very close to the train station and to restaurants and stores. Clean and very organized, has a washer in the room which was super handy. Highly recommended, management is super helpful and they speak English. We will be back!"

"Spacious room, staff great and helpful as always"

"The staff at the hotel were exceptional. Everyone spoke English, and there were always multiple people available to assist us (no waiting!). The hotel location is in the heart of the Shinjuku area, which is full of Japanese young people and tourists in the evenings (especially weekends). The rooms are a bit small by American standards, but we were comfortable. The bathrooms were spotless and the shower was excellent. Breakfast had an incredible number of choices, and was consistently delicious....

"We stayed at the Keio Plaza Hotel Tokyo – Premier Grand floor twice during our vacation in Japan, and I can confidently say that both stays exceeded our expectations! The location, dining, and gracious hospitality were on par with the very best hotels in Japan. What impressed us most, however, was the exceptional personal service we received from every staff member we encountered, especially the housekeeping team! They worked tirelessly to ensure that our room was spotless, welcoming, and...

"Location not ideal"

"Would stay again. The staff were so helpful and nice. Great coffee from the machine and nice to have it on the terrace in the morning. Useful toiletries to pick up at the desk. Comfortable bed. Fridge kettle etc everything you need for a city break."

"Good place to stay"

"Upscale storied (55 years) property right next to the Tokyo Metropolitan Government building and walking distance to Shinjuku station. Retains the charm of uniformed bellhops and old-school hotel appeal (i.e. The Plaza or Four Seasons in New York and Fremont in San Francisco)."

"LOVED the amenities. It was hard to leave!! I booked this naively unknowing what a love hotel was, but I had such a great time. If you’re a solo traveler looking for some luxury, don’t count this place out"

"地點相當方便、員工親切友善、附近有24小時的Welcia、全家、7-11跟Lawson 都是走路就可以到！"

"Room was big and clean, toilet and shower were amazing! Free wine, whisky and samples of different products! Amazing hotel and very nice staff. Area is a night life area so be prepared for a bit of lights and colour!"

"the best of the best"

"Our overall 4 night stay in Tokyo at the illi Tas was sub par. The facility itself was clean, modern but has not been maintained well. Freezer was not operational, Huge crack in Window, difficult to reach Management as no one is onsite, etc. Unfortunately Management team did not step up and compensate our stay in anyway hence we had to endure and facilitate for these issues during our stay as we had prepaid for our booking. Very disappointed in the overall Management of this property!"

"Would definitely stay here again. Location is convenient. Great hotel."

"The rooms were very nice and comfortable albeit they are quite small."
