It was very convenient to have a washer+dryer combo unit in the room. Breakfast was pretty decent and reasonably priced. Rooms were comfortable. They added a surcharge for our 12 year old son but gave him his own bed.

Comfortable rooms with a nice kitchenette- fridge. The area is pretty central to subways and eateries. Multiple convenient store options right downstairs. The hotel should offer the coffee machine 24/7 as they cater to international travelers who can not wait until 7 am to grab a cup of coffee. I highly recommend they review this policy

This was an amazing hotel! Great and very friendly staff, extremely clean and having laundry in the room was a lifesaver. During our stay in Japan we stayed in 4 hotels and this was the only hotel where we ate breakfast everyday because it was so good. The location is quiet, the staff are friendly and the property is very clean. However like most hotel in tokyo, the room is small but comfortable. 2 min walk to the station and 7eleven.

Wonderful stay at the Tokyu Stay! Staff were so kind and helpful, room was immaculate and the breakfast was so delicious. I highly recommend staying here.

The rooms were small but adequate. They are located near the red light district with plenty of bars and restaurants. Lots to see and do over there. No gym or pool. The breakfast was good with a mix of Japanese and American cuisine. Washing machine was a big plus.
