"The location is great, close walking distance to shopping , restaurants and train station is right next to hotel. Train is noisy at night. The breakfast buffet was poor quality, toast bread cut in half, a banana was cut into 4 pieces for example. The room was clean but very small."

"Loved this stay minus the incredibly small rooms (which I knew I’d get for the price). Very accommodating staff and spoke great English. The amenities were great and it was a prime location! The traditional Japanese onsen was my favourite part. Beautiful space and well maintained. Very happy with our stay!"

"From check in to check out our stay was great. Friendly staff and everything was clean. My only warning is the bathroom is not a Shower / tub combo, however a separate bathtub with a shower head separate from the tub. You need to be strategic to have a shower / wash hair that is typical for western bathing / showering. "

"Breakfast we were not a fan of. Ate mostly fruit, toast and boiled eggs. Trash collection was an issue too. Housekeeping took are the recyclables but left the bag of trash they we properly secured in a plastic bag for disposal. The bathroom (toilet) is cramped. The washer/dryers were not working either. Besides that, the room was clean, great view of Shinjuku with beautiful sunrises, and excellent location. Central to almost everywhere we wanted to go. "

"It’s not bad but the area of shinjuku is pretty bad now lots of scams and overpriced restaurants, if you want a more relaxed experience I wouldn’t suggest to stay there. You also have to take an elevator every time you want to get into the hotel. Also the shower is shared so if you’re not comfortable with that I wouldn’t recommend. We ended up leaving and saying somewhere else."
