"Fabulous location - fabulous team. "

"Breakfast menu was very good. The only problem was the waiting in line each day, even though we tried to find the best timing. The staff was working very hard to try to accomodate, but, i guess the facility was not designed for such a big people flow. The room was little but always clean with pj and towels changed every day. The staff was always polite and accomodating. Also the location was very good."

"Overall a lovely stay. Food at breakfast wasn’t the best but suitable. Staff were excellent and service top rate. Hotel looked a bit tired in a few areas (carpets frayed in our bedroom). It’s probably a Japan thing, but nowhere to put the shower head so you can stand u set it. You had to hold it in your hand. "

"Large comfortable room, very clean with great views of the city. We added the daily breakfast which was great! Lots of choices. Central location, lots of dining options nearby, could walk to many places and the train station was minutes away. Highly recommend. "

"Room was even smaller than expected. Great location for public transportation, shopping and eating. Staff is kind and helpful. Would stay here again primarily for location. "

"I’ve been staying at this hotel for over a decade. It’s impeccably clean, the staff are friendly, and it’s in an absolutely stellar location. The only suggestion I would make for would-be guests is to opt for a larger/2-bed room if more than one person is staying. Great spot. Highly recommended!"
