"Very good"

"Great spot to stay it! Very close to the entertainment and food area in Shinjuku without being right in the middle of everything. Krish the bartender was always very kind and offered fun bar recommendations for my fiance and I"

"The Hotel was very clean and my room was very quiet. A lot of staffing available to assist when needed. Very enjoyable stay."

"Very small room. But good location, excellent breakfast, and nice clean property"

"Clean, well put together hotel. Vibe feels business district but was exactly what I expected."

"Everything is fine but when someone books a room with a view try to give him the one I book not another one for the rest it's fine"

"Stayed in a wonderful corner room with city view. Beautiful grounds with Tokyo Tower in your back yard. Room was a little older, but in a good way, still large with 4 corded phones for your convenience. Hotel is large and features a panoramic bar/restaurant/lounge on the top floor which affords a stunning view of Tokyo Tower at night. Very romantic and good for couples."

"Perfect location"

"Great breakfast. Very easy access to train station/bus terminal. And best of all, a 24 hour Lawsons within the hotel!"

"The bed was very hard.. I couldn’t sleep. Food was good but long wait for getting breakfast. They did heat up my food in the main lobby for me no microwave in room. Outside pool cost extra but kids used inside pool."
