"Very clean. It was spacious for us, family of 6 (without any big luggages). There are convenience stores & 1 bigger grocery store (that we know of), and bus stops within walking distance. "Orbitz didn't specify that the room I booked was for male only. So upon the check in, they said I had to get the only available room which was smoking room and paid more. Felt like got ripped off because Orbitz already used all of my Orbitz bucks on this reservation. The hotel is more like apartment building located FAR from central Tokyo.
