Easy to get to from the airport, breakfast was yummy and worth the price, room was small, but it is big enough if you intend on being out all day and just using it to sleep. Would stay here again

The lobby is spacious and has a good selection of free amenities. The hotel offers a good selection of services and has areas for laundry, vending machines and more. During our stay we didn't smell any cigarettes and our rooms were clean and well thought out (space under the bed for our luggage). The hotel is near shinjuku station and within a 15 min walk from pretty much all restaurants.

Walkable location to food and shopping district. Close to one of the major transport station in Tokyo. There are limited facilities except for washing machine/dryer. Coaching opportunities for the front desk staff, particularly when we checked in, one of the staff was adament check-in its 3pm and request us to come back, while another staff offered an early check-in for $1000yen per hour.

Pros - The hotel is conveniently next to a train station and the Shinjuku Maynds tower that has some great restaurants and Starbucks. Shopping and other restaurants were within walking distance (5-10 min). We also used the airport bus that dropped us and picked us up from here. Cons - The daily buffet was very disappointing. It was pretty much the same thing every day; not enough variety. We purchased the daily buffet when we reserved the hotel to help save on search and travel time, but got bored with the food after day 2.
