"Only one hotel front desk staff is very fluent I'm English but they are all very friendly and helpful. Though I requested for high floors, I was given ground floor. Later, they change it to second floor. They did not clean the room on daily basis. No breakfast or free mineral water. Though there is a sign called no smoking but people smoke in the corridor. The smoking air gets into my room."
