"This was a great place to stay. Staff were lovely and work very hard. The whole place was immaculate and housekeeping do an amazing job.
If there is any room for improvement i would suggest a roof garden or pool along with information about the area would have been a great addition to the experience."
"They were so nice! We got in late and they greeted us. Im so glad they asked if we needed transportation. Smooth transition from airport to hotel! Staff was super helpful. They also helped us set up transportation to another destination! Breakfast was delicious with a great view! I would definitely stay here again when we come back!! 5 stars!! "We had a wonderful stay at The Lapis Hotel. The room and facilities were immaculately clean, and the staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating. We had a very early 4:00 AM checkout, and they still prepared breakfast for us to take away, which was a really thoughtful touch. Everything about the experience felt professional and warm. Highly recommend this hotel if you’re visiting Hanoi!
