"Busy location but minimal noise disturbance at night - at least from the street...air con unit was very noisy and had limited effectiveness. Room comfortable for the most part - one narrow window with views of a all and rooftops mainly. Extremely helpful staff on reception - especially Johnny + Rick. Good breakfast and excellent restaurant staff."

"Micheal and the staff went above and beyond to make sure our travel plans went as well as possible despite the effects of typhoon yagi. I can express enough how friendly and helpfull everyone was. The hotel is located in the heart of old town. It is close to the infamous beer street but it is far enough from the action and the room was quiet and clean. "

My trip to Hanoi had a lot of obstacles and Kevin and his staff helped me get through them all, from missed flight connections where we had to keep changing times for my airport pickup to the hotel getting information out and keeping guests safe when a typhoon hit Hanoi. 5 star operation and staff "

" Garden Queen doesn't accept funding hotels.com As a result I had to "PAY AGAIN" to stay, and they wouldn't accept c cards for payment. Only cash. Early days, but Im still waiting on a refund. Fingers crossed . Apart from that it was a pleasant stay. The rooftop garden is an awesome getaway. The rooms are airy and comfortable with their own balcony. "
