"For central Naples it was an excellent choice, a short walk to a lot of key areas but a tranquil location to avoid the hustle and bustle. The owners/staff were really helpful and the room was well equipped, clean and really comfortable. Highly recommend!"
"This was right by the metro and also Via Toledo which is a popular shopping area in Naples, Italy. Absolutely loved my time in Naples and this location was very convenient, next to many food spots and the bars!"
"Un emplacement fantastique dans le centre historique de Naples. Il suffit de faire quelques mètres pour prendre le métro. Il n'y a pas de petit déjeûner sur place mais on peut déguster à moins de 20 m Café, cappuccino, viennoiseries et autres succulents gâteaux pour moins de 5€/personne.
De plus les propriétaires sont hyper sympa. C'est certain nous reviendrons à Chocolate's Home sans hésiter."
"They were super friendly and very hospitable, also helped with getting us a ride to the airport. I would actually stay there again, the room was clean, great views (especially on the terrace. Amazing Hosts."
"Staff was fantastic- especially Stefania. Location central to everything. Easy metro to train station. Walking distance to Archaeology Museum and old town. Hotel was clean with a wonderful atmosphere. Breakfast perfect. We enjoyed common area - gave us a little breathing room from kids after alot of togetherness. "

"Owner was very hospitable. Naples is a filthy city. One of our group was robbed by man on a motorcycle. Not easy to navigate around the area. Accommodations are exactly as pictured. Loved it but not the city."
"We were upgraded to a 2-story room. Good and bad, more space but with stairs to access the bed and bathroom. Parking is convenient.
Location is ok, relatively near the centre but many stairs were on construction, we had to walk the winding streets. Taxis in Napoli are 99% unreliable and will charge you more than the fair fee."
"First things first - awesome. Now here is what i didn't know or realise when i booked this property. 1. I booked for 4 prople; 1 queen bed and 2 twins. This is exceptional for Europe...you really don't find this option in a reasonably priced hotel. But what i really didn't appreciate was that in this case...its two rooms. The queen bed is in one room with a freestanding tub, heat pump/ac unit and 4 piece ensuite bathroom complete with heated towel bar and hair dryer. Yes you get shampoo, conditioner, body wash and soap! But those two twin beds i mentioned...they are in a separate room...with a separate heat pump/ac unit, TV, a safe and a mini fridge and...only availbale during the winter months, a biogel fireplace that looks like ot would be amazing! So bottom line whether you need space to sleep 4 or just for yourself suite 101 is a great option!! 2. The ac works...and I mean WORKS. I have read enough hotel reviews to know this is not always true. 3. This is not a hotel, nor a B&B. It is like living in Europe, a suite inside a "regular" apartment building that has been completely modernized. So you get that peace and tranquility of coming and going like at home, but in a lovely unit and a very real European experience. 4. Smart plugs. I was worried about charing phones etc but the wall outlets have USB plugs built in to them.
It really was a wonderful experience from the thoughtful hosts to the great area for experiencing Naples, access to metro...and it has an elevator! Gr"
"Convenient from the train station, great pit stop for the night. The hotel offered to hold our luggage while we spent the day exploring. Very friendly. "
"Property was fine but location felt unsafe.Convenient for transport close to train station. Breakfast buffet was great and Gluten free breakfast was outstanding. Very happy with hotel staff and service"
