"Do not book this place. They market themselves as a bed and breakfast but what is really going on is that they have rooms in various apartment buildings across the neighborhood. There is no front desk, no breakfast location and the instructions to get into these buildings are very complicated. The first room I had was in a bad location that felt unsafe and my room did not have a window. It had an opening to a porch space that was completely inhospitable. "Great little hotel to stay at especially if you are just in Naples for a few nights! The staff were awesome and super friendly. They offer free breakfast in the morning which is perfect to just eat and start your day! Would definitely recommend and will be back!"

"Our room smelled like sewage - it was also VERY loud - although they provided ear plugs, I wished it had been somewhere so we were prepared. The location is cool if you are there for the party scene - it wasn’t ideal with kids. The breakfast was great and the staff was very accommodating."
