"We spent one night at the satellite location in a "family room". It was much bigger than anticipated and very comfortable. There were several nice restaurants and wine bars on the street. It was near many of the famous pizzerias and Spaccanapoli. The satellite location is a bit more like an Airbnb, with 3 suites in a building that has a common courtyard. It was a bit confusing getting access, but the staff was great and responsive about answering all of my questions. I was able to work it out that we checked in electronically (paying through a payment app and sending our passport pictures), thus we were able to go directly to our satellite location, saving the several block walk. "

"Good location but Noisy, not desirable area, no amenities, smells, front desk person not polite on check in, can hear other room noises, Fridge not working, no glasses for bathroom, uncomfortable old mattresses. "

"We all had bunkers- it was like having a slumber party and was kind of unique and fun. The best thing about this place is the location next to metro and all the meeting places for excursions. Just a few minutes to walk there. It was awesome this place had laundry and gym. Would recommend if you are just doing excursions from Naples. Not a location that is lively to roam streets though."

"We had a lovely room that was spacious and comfortable. The bed was very comfortable and we could choose our pillow type if we wanted. We were fortunate to be upgraded to a deluxe room, which was great as it had coffee making facilities in, which the superior rooms don't. The location was perfect for sightseeing and connections for train and metro. Overall a great stay!"

"It was close to most things but this area was rather poor and a lot of homeless near by. It was definitely one of the nicer buildings. The hotel breakfast was really good our room was ok it wasn’t as nice as I had expected. The bed was hard and uncomfortable. There way black mold in the shower. "
