"Milu Hotel was in a great location surrounded by all designer shops. It was a safe, walkable area. All major tourist areas can be reach with a 10 minute walk along with the train station. The staff were very attentive and gave wonderful dinner recommendations. We will definitely be back on our next trip!"

"The hotel was delightful in its proximity to the historic city center. We upgraded the room to a suite which gave us a living room for relaxation. The hotel's roof top bar had great views of the city and was a welcome respite for a glass of wine and beautiful antipasto. Breakfast buffet was offering was abundant and served in a grand dining room. All staff were cheerful and accommodating. We were very happy with our choice of the Hoel della Orafi for our stay in Florence. "

"First we were told that we were upgraded for free to a room with a view of the River and of Ponte Vecchio. That was already a win!!! The view from the hotel room was so so beautiful. The staff were super friendly and polite and professional. The next best thing about the hotel is the buffet breakfast spread! Of all the hotels we stayed in Italy, this hotel had the best breakfast spread and the food was great quality. We especially enjoyed the variety of pastries that were nicer than those cafes...

"The Concierge at check-in was brilliant, trying to get us all sorted whilst also managing some very demanding American guests! He also gave some great suggestions as to different places for us to try over the bridge which were slightly off the beaten track (as we have been to Florence before). Lucky enough to receive an upgrade on the room as well which was fantastic and whilst there are some refurbishment works going on on the upper levels, we weren't impacted by them at all.
