The hotel and its wonderful, friendly, professional staff far exceeded our expectations. From our initial welcome to the day of departure, we were pampered in every way. The buffet breakfast is fresh and offers a variety of choices. The location of the hotel is close to anything at all you might wish to do in Florence. The beds were comfortable and our rooms a generous size, with a surprisingly large bathroom. Five stars for everything. Now this is our "go to" hotel for a stay in Florence. Thank you, staff!

From the moment I arrived the staff was friendly, informative and very helpful. They took the time to explain everything about the hotel and its amenities. The staff was very friendly and help to negotiate reservations and places to go in Florence. We started every day off with a complimentary breakfast. It is a wonderful place to to that is centrally located to everywhere. I recommend this hotel highly.

The Golden Tower Hotel is a classically old school luxury hotel with a great location and a wonderfully helpful staff. Intimate, personal and centrally located but just off the highly trafficked tourist paths, it contributed to our great experience of Florence. The breakfast was excellent, and cozy bar was a great place to relax, cool off, and learn a bit from the friendly staff about life in their amazing hometown.

Fantastic location close to all the major attractions and shops in the city, very little need for a taxi anywhere. Breakfast was fresh, good ingredients and good service. The classic Room was fine for a short break, would upgrade to a larger room if staying longer or if you like hanging out in your room. The amenities were good, Roberto Cavalli toiletries. The ac was a little underpowered for the room but in perspective it was nearly 40C and doesn’t usually get this hot for that long. Drinks at the bar were good and good value. The front desk staff were always cheerful and greeted us each time we entered and left, they organised taxis for us and were always happy to help. A good small boutique hotel in the heart of the city.

We loved our three-night stay at the Golden Tower Hotel which is located only few doors from the Palazzo Strozzi (which has a Mark Rothko exhibition until August) and in the middle of a high-end shopping district. The front desk was friendly and super accommodating with helping us with our travel to a nearby village and providing recommendations for Florence. Our room was very clean, with comfortable beds, and most importantly, quiet. The breakfast, which was included, was fabulous!

Beautiful boutique hotel in a wonderful location. The staff was welcoming, helpful, and so friendly. Our room was beautiful and very clean. We enjoyed an amazing breakfast each morning with delicious pastries made by the pastry chef, fresh fruit, omelets, breads, meats, cheeses, yogurt, and so much more. After a full day, we enjoyed returning to the hotel for a glass of wine or a cup of coffee in the beautiful lobby area. We loved everything about this hotel!

Golden Tower was a highlight of our trip to Florence. The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious with a good variety of food available. The hotel had a high end feel compared to some of the other hotels we’ve used in Florence. The location is perfect, located across the street from the unique Teatro Odeon bookshop. I will definitely choose Golden Tower again in the future.
