"My family and I were so impressed with this hotel and the staff. It's a great, clean and well kept property in a wonderful location. It's a 5 minute walk to the Duomo and it is a great location for food, shopping and sightseeing. We had a suite which was spacious and clean. The hotel staff is what really makes this hotel special. Everyone who works there is so friendly, helpful and attentive to all of their guests. For example, Angela was extremely helpful and offered guests ideas on what to see in other cities. I could say something about all of the front desk staff and bellmen, but I don't have their names. Seriously, they are the best hotel staff!! I 100% recommend this hotel and My family and I would stay here again. We are picky about where we stay and we all loved it. "

"Perfect location , couldn't have been better. Literally everything we wanted was max 10 min walk away. Room was clean, could smell the disinfectant on entry haha. One of the biggest rooms I stayed in on my Italy trip so far. Yes very small and slow elevator which seems common in these older Italian buildings. However the location cannot be beat, size and comfort of room. Older look aesthetically but that did not matter. Safe and secure, even when returning after midnight there are safeguards for access. Definitely recommend "
