One of the elevators didn’t go to the floor we needed for some reason and you can’t change the temperature in the room without a work order which made it a little uncomfortable. The area is walkable and close to a variety of dining options."

"It was amazing. Went for Denver tattoo convention everyone was incredibly helpful and courteous to me. Front desk was amazing in assisting me with extending my stay as I originally did not book for the full weekend (an oversight of mine) Valet were exceptional and held my car for me having no stress for convention and parking. Bartenders were kind and attentive from alcohol to morning coffee. I fail to remember specific names despite staff introducing themselves but EVERYONE at this location was first class. "
