"Even from the 23rd floor you could hear the busy sirens at all times of the night. But we heard no other noises from within the hotel!! I appreciate that they provide full sized shampoo, conditioner, and lotion. The only down side is that there is no exhaust fan in the bathroom!"

"Nice property, friendly staff, room as expected. Chosen due to walkability, as I was in town for an event at the Denver Performing Arts Complex. Many restaurants and shops nearby, including a small Target store which was nice to pick up a couple items I had forgotten."

"Great location downtown. We had a very comfortable stay. Valet misplaced our car keys and needed an extra few minutes to find them and accommodated us for the short wait"

"Please have more pillow selections and of better quality. Make sure the carpets in the hallways are properly cleaned cause they have a bad stench to some parts of them. Great lobby. Good food options on site. "

"The property was very cool and we loved the history of it and learning all about it. Our bed was a 3/5. The room wouldnt go below 71°, so we were hot all night and then add the unformfortable bed; we didnt sleep well. We asked to have the A/C looked at and a box fan was left in our room. We didnt use it becuase we had a ceiling fan that moved a lot of air,; albeit it was warm air. So, I am sure their A/C system needs updating. Also, the room was clean but carpets needed vacuuming as well did all...
