I returned two nights later and had a beautiful suite - plus the hotel is much more affordably priced than others in the area of Union Station, which makes it convenient to get to DIA and to other cities by public transit."

"The staff at the hotel was simply amazing! This is the best customer service I have ever received at a hotel in the US - and I have been to many hotels. They were very helpful on the phone and by email. I am an observant Jew and needed a lot of help around Shabbat. They allowed me to light candles, unlocked the room, kept my valuables safe, and came to help me with anything I needed. It was a special experience. I am grateful to the front desk staff and especially Casey and the other amazing employees there - sorry I didn't write down their names. They deserve every award possible!"
