"This is our second stay at this property and we plan on returning. We live in Florida and our kids and grandkids live in Denver. We need a place to stay when we visit and this property is perfect. It’s a great location. It’s very clean and comfortable. The owner is quick to respond to any inquiries. All the things you look for when selecting a vacation rental."

"This place is just right for a nice and relaxing getaway. It is well up the mountain which allows for the breathtaking views right outside the door, but it is still close to town where you can run in to grab lunch or just drive around. The accommodations were fantastic: the shower was hot, the bed was comfy, the kitchen had plenty to work with, the tv had every channel and all streaming capabilities for watch anything from the Masters to UFC to Netflix. There are two comfy chairs out front...

"We had such a great time - the place was very big and comfortable and easy check in with no hassle. Only a twenty minutes walk from some of the best tacos we’ve ever had and from a light rail station for easy traveling to the city :)"

"Property is just as described. Modern, well maintained and well stocked. Despite being on a busy street, was for the most part very quiet. A couple hiccups during our stay, but the owners were very responsive. Would recommend as long as you do not have any mobility issues since there are stairs to access as noted in the photos."

"I needed a place to stay while I looked for permanent housing, and I wish I was able to stay here! It has Everything you need…I thought it was just a washing machine, but it’s a washer AND dryer! Even the microwave is also a conventional oven. And it does work, I just added more time to make sure everything was cooked thoroughly."

"Property was great and as listed. Small, little apartmemt had everything you could need for a short relaxing getaway. Majority of restaurants and popular downtown areas are a quick uber drive away (less than 10 minutes). Property Owners were quickly responsive and willing to give recommendations regarding your interests for local hotspots. Highly recommend this superb rental property."

"Exactly as advertised. Good location with easy drive to downtown, Broncos Stadium, etc. Neighborhood a little run down. It’s one of those in transition. Park nearby was perfect for walking the Dogs. Small homeless encampment at park was not an issue. Property is well maintained. Jason was very responsive. Was easy to get an Uber to and from property if you don’t want to drive through downtown. Diner nearby on the corner of Colfax had fantastic breakfast options. Overall a perfect choice for us...

"Hard to find the location, directions take you to a building next door. The signage to indicate the property location is not so great. Once we were checked in, it was great!"

"First time staying at a Kasa property. Very pleased with the cleanliness and condition of the unit. Would stay here again if back in the area. Although it didn’t matter to us because of the weather, we received notice that the pool was under repair on the day we arrived. It was clear the repairs were well underway and had not started that day. I would suggest notifying guests well in advance in case this feature is important to them, and they may want to change their plans. "
