The hotel was functionally very good. The lighting in the room was very sparse. There was no easy outlet to get to by the desk and there was no lamp or lighting there. The staff were exceptional, Symphony & Mackenzie at the front desk were so accommodating, friendly and professional. Has to have the frigerator assessed & staff came immediately. Also, exceptional homemade chocolate chip cookies!!
