"What a great place. A short distance to both downtown Estes Park and Rocky Mountain Park. Look out over gently rolling Fall River and listen to it while sleeping. Isolated even though close to everything. Well appointed except for the kitchen. But who comes to Estes to cook. The hosts were congenial and helpful and right on sight. We were here in May but hope to come back in the summer or fall."

However, when we let them outside we realized that not only was there multiple ways for them to get out of the yard (hole in the fence, giant opening under the building next door), but the yard was also just a full of mud. "This place is just right for a nice and relaxing getaway. It is well up the mountain which allows for the breathtaking views right outside the door, but it is still close to town where you can run in to grab lunch or just drive around. The accommodations were fantastic: the shower was hot, the bed was comfy, the kitchen had plenty to work with, the tv had every channel and all streaming capabilities for watch anything from the Masters to UFC to Netflix.
