"For those that want to enjoy the convenience of downtown, this property is highly desirable. I was able to walk to some of my favorites: Shuga's, Loyal Coffee and Bread & Butter Market. The central location made it easy for north and south friends to come my direction. They're done a perfect job renovating this old Victorian and turning it into a gem. The bathroom is tiled to half-wall, which I personally like and all furnishings are new, super clean or curated for a sweet vintage-chic feel....
