"At about 11PM, I had a sudden onset of atrial fibrillation / palpitations that I've never had before. The front desk directed us to St. Joseph's hospital (7 minutes away), and security was called to make sure I didn't need any help in the way of an ambulance, etc. (My husband drove me and I went into a normal heart rhythm about 2 hours later. The next morning, the director of security called to make sure I was OK. The staff was efficient and caring. I appreciate the prompt attention I was given and I feel comfortable in a more serious situation, the staff would have acted in a very pro-active and professional way as well. Also, Myla with housekeeping was helpful, thorough and very personable during our visit."
