"The building was in a perfect location to walk wherever we needed. Clean and quiet. Staff didn’t do much besides make use wait an hour for our room and overcharge me for medicine."

"Even from the 23rd floor you could hear the busy sirens at all times of the night. But we heard no other noises from within the hotel!! I appreciate that they provide full sized shampoo, conditioner, and lotion. The only down side is that there is no exhaust fan in the bathroom!"

"Please have more pillow selections and of better quality. Make sure the carpets in the hallways are properly cleaned cause they have a bad stench to some parts of them. Great lobby. Good food options on site. "
