The staff were friendly and went out of their way to help if anything was needed. Parking was limited but as long as you paid for parking for you full stay, there was never an issue finding a spot.

Didn't like the entrance so much, especially for transport pick up. Had to cross the street. Desk staff was excellent. Very helpful. Breakfast was limited. Free coffee was good. Pool table was great for me as I was able to practice my shots. Very nice bar & lounge area. Liked the automatic blinds in my room. Drinking glasses should have been washed which they weren't. Overall nice hotel for commuter stay.

The beds are comfortable and I appreciated that a clothing steamer was provided, rather than the standard iron. Also, a full sized hairdryer including attachments for different hair types is a nice inclusive touch. The staff were all extremely friendly and helpful. I found that the breakfast hours were very limiting, but there are plenty of snacks in the hotel snack area, as well as a plethora of nearby restaurants and shops. A very walkable area to stay downtown. I visited the bar for the burger special on my first night. Good burger and very friendly bartenders. The common areas are comfortable with a pool table and games/books. The room was clean, bed comfortable and quiet. However, the bathroom had some questionable stains on the wall near the commode, and could use a deep clean. Overall, I was happy with my stay and had a wonderful visit to Denver.

Great place and location. Can walk to many places. Near Convention Center. Many restaurant choices. One block off 16th street. Corridor of shops run from Union Station to Civic Center. Free bus which stops at every street. Awesome experience all around.

Great location shopping, restaurants were within walking distances. Great staff throughout the day and night. The Staff was very friendly with a smile one and a greeting. Lobby had alot of activities like pool, cornhorn(bags) board games and a bar if you didnt want to explore the city ir winding down. Rooms were clean and well kept.

Overall Great Experience! Hotel Staff was beyong amazing and Friendly at ALL times of the day and night. Very knowledgeable about the area and read the group i was with and offerred great recommendations for a good time. Room was clean, lobby was Great with a bar, lots of lounging areas, lots of activities to do like pool, cornhole (or bags), table games.
