"Nighttime outside noise a bit much but otherwise great stay"

"Check in was smooth, waited a bit but was offered water bottles while waiting, Angie at checkin was so kind, to everyone, each guest she was attentive to them. The pool was perfect and the whole stay felt like a resort. We loved Starbucks conveniently located in the lobby, also a bar and restaurant. The deep sleep spray was a nice touch. 10 out of 10! Will absolutely stay here whenever we visit LA!! "
