"Horrible service while staying at this hotel. Checked in at 4 and had to wait over an hour for our room. When we finally got our room it had a very strong smoke smell. The front desk had no sense of urgency in getting me another room. We stayed in our car until the next available room was ready. The pool was also closed so we couldn’t even hang out there. The bed frame was extremely dusty and dirty as well. I will never be staying here again they definitely need to upgrade these rooms."
