"The unit and the property was large and spacious. It was easy to walk to all of the amenities. Security was friendly and available. We loved the hours of the pool and the proximity to restaurants and grocery as well as other attractions in town. We took advantage of the Pickleball court, and the pool and the playground. There was nice landscaping and overall very clean with attention to detail. I especially love how staff didn’t bother us, but was always available for our every concern question and need that is really important to us traveling with a child."

What A View

"This property was amazing! It truly felt like a home away from home. Plenty of space to fit our two families comfortably. The location was close to downtown Kona but had an amazing view overlooking it all. The property owners were very helpful with tips and were quick to respond. We can’t wait to come back and stay at this property again. "

"This house was perfect for our crew. Grandkids ages 10-15. Probably not appropriate for young children due to pool. No AC and the lower level was really stuffy. Upstairs room were fine. That being said this was the PERFECT accommodation for our family"

Best Group Gathering Ever

"This was an ideal property for a large group. While each floor was self contained, we always gathered together either outside or on the second or third floor every morning and evening. Although the property was right on Ali’i Drive the night time road noises were practically nonexistent. In fact if you are a fan of falling asleep and waking up to the sound of the surf, this property is for you. The small market across the street was a huge bonus. "
