"Charlotte is a great and generous host. She is a quick Responder. Unit had everything we needed rather Unit had much more items than we needed. Unit Decor and many items that was in the Unit is not normally provided by the Host. It clearly shows Host is not only kind and generous but also wants to make sure that the guests leave the place happier. We family of four had a great time. This Unit made our Kona visit special and will cherish Kona visit and memories forever. TY Charlotte for keeping the Unit in such a great shape. You deserve every applaud. All the best."

"Pool was great and easy check out information. Only thing was it got a little hot in the mornings due to the sky light in the master bedroom. Other than that was a great stay for the family."

"Great place to stay at Kona. The house had everything we needed it. The weather was a little unstable when we were in the island so having the pool and the hot tub made a huge difference for us."

"The property was amazing! This is the second time we have stayed at this property, because we liked it so much the first time! It is close to so many things, has great views, and is in a very nice private and secluded area. Allie is an incredible host! If you need anything she is on top of it, whether thats something for the house or recommendations for what to do or where to go. My whole family came and we had 14 people in the house with room to spare, it was amazing. If we go to the Big Island again, we will definitely be staying at this property!"

"Couple maintain items like fan in kitchen, Lite coming from up the steps into home needs to stay on longer.Need to state that there is a hill that you need to park on and go up, also need to list stairs into the property. Stove needs to be relabled and washer was difficult to use. Could only use bluckly.Pool was excellent and to be able to use beach items was great.All extra stuff available in pantry was great.Use some leave some is a great way to work.Thank you had a great time"

"People people, It was my first time to this place and I loved it. Very spacious for a family and just a heads up the laundry room is like a magical downstairs secret room. All in all It's worth it to stay there. I highly recommend 11 out of 10 stars."
