"Beautiful location and close to town. The place was perfect for our group of 7. The drive way as most reviews mentioned is tough to maneuver, but only on the first day and you get the hang of it pretty quick. Besides, you won't get the view without being high up so totally worth it."

The large grassy area is a wonderful place to enjoy the sun set & see Kona & the ocean from above. It’s close to all the activities the island has but is such a quiet, low-key area away from the busier parts of town. Lisa was quick to respond to any needs we had. We loved seeing her coffee roasting business Kona Blue Sky & the learning about the process of roasting the green beans into delicious coffee.We would stay here again!Thanks Lisa for sharing your island knowledge & sharing your beautiful property w/us!Kris & Karen"

"Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property was in a great location and with the secret beach path it was only 3 minutes' walk to the Magic beach. The path is at the curve before the property just past the fire hydrant and telephone pole, there is a sign pointing to the beach the path has painter rocks very cool. The location close to many of the top sights, plenty of stores and nice and quiet. Lots of birds and small geckos, nice to see them each morning. The BBQ is small but very clean and easy to operate.Lot of fans and AC options in rooms to stay cool. Price was reasonable and when we needed help for something at the property, they would send help right away.I was good for the five of us and we highly recommend it considering the price and location"

"This was a quick layover before heading to the other side of the island for our son’s wedding. We enjoyed being tucked into the tropical setting g bit still a quick walk to the beach. Really adorable place, clean and comfortable. As with many island accommodations there were only fans and breezes through open windows. And there were fun critters to keep us company."
