"My family had a wonderful stay here. The view was amazing, the pool was huge and the space was perfect for our needs. The main space is not air conditioned and it did get pretty warm during the day but it didn't really didn't have a big impact on my family. The bedrooms have ac. The boathouse was an awesome apartment for my grandson. The kitchen was well equipped and the grill was adequate."
"Wonderful ocean front location. Gated security. Enjoyed the pool and hot tub after the dayās adventures. Just note the fees stated that will be paid onsite. Grateful I noticed other reviews stated air conditioning has a separate fee. That wasnāt easily clear in the listing. We went early June and didnāt need A/C for our visit. "
